At Love & Lotus we encourage our stockists to carry our full range of luxury spa products so instead of imposing a minimum quantity, we only require a minimum spend amount. This makes a wide variety of product available to you at wholesale prices. Our minimum order is $200.
Payment is due at the time of order. Our preferred method of payment is a credit/debit card. We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).
Stockist is responsible for any and all shipping charges. We charge as close to actual shipping as possible. If a stockist pays over $5 in actual shipping charges we will always refund or credit the difference. We ship USPS, Fed Ex, UPS & Sometimes Speedy (for a local delivery service, these guys are pretty quick). At this time we ship only in the United States and Canada.
Please allow 7-14 days to ship your handmade products. Your products are blended and fragranced when the order is placed so your package arrives fresh and ready to sell. VIP stockist pop up shops may require an additional 7-10 days processing time as these can get pretty busy.
Due to the handmade natural aspect of our products, we do not accept product/shipment returns. Your products leave our facilities fresh, clearly labeled with all FDA requirements and sealed for safety. If your product comes damaged please email us within 48 hours so we can make a replacement decision. We strive to give the best description how a product smells through detailed scent notes and color descriptions. Realizing you don't like the scent or color as much as you thought you would does not mean the product is damaged.
We welcome private label services and work on those on a case by case basis.
